I am a Data Scientist and Researcher leading the data science component of a national initiative to develop a Learning Health System. This artificial intelligence (AI)-driven system is designed to support clinical decision-making in multidisciplinary team (MDT) oncology clinics, with the goal of integrating precision oncology into routine care.
I was awarded a 91̽»¨ Research Infrastructure Grant to establish the foundation for an implementation science platform. This initiative aims to accelerate the uptake of evidence into practice and optimise implementation strategies in clinical settings.
With background in engineering and extensive industrial experience, my focus spans multiple areas, including the development and evaluation of AI applied to electronic medical records (EMR) and algorithm implementation on biomedical data. The method involves constructing comprehensive data pipelines that draw from diverse sources, utilizing advanced algorithms and AI to enhance patient safety.
