I am passionate about making urban heat studies more relevant to people鈥檚 well-being. In my current project, I am developing a heat exposure map of Sydney showing the distribution of indicators better representing human thermal comfort than traditional temperature maps. This is done by considering additional factors such as radiation and wind speed, and using state-of-the-art, city-scale heat modelling tools along with high-resolution input data that allow for a more human-relevant assessment.
